After reading reviews I was scared to stay but most of those reviews didn’t come true. Towels were not an issue, but you had to request extra. We had 4 ppl and only were given 2-3. But they changed them every day. Which most hotels don’t even do nowadays. They provide soap and shampoo. Kitchen had plenty of utensils had salt and pepper pots and pens. Rooms were spacy and clean. Didn’t see any bugs marks carpet clean. I’m very picky in that aspect. The only true complaint is you do hear neighbors. First night we got woken up with elephants running upstairs til 2 am but after complaining to front desk there was no noise after 9-10 pm. Side neighbors were no issues. Pool was super hot. We had a balcony which is nice. Temperature can be controlled just not instantaneously. Takes time. Overall comfortable and can open windows if too hot. Better than no heat in winter. Happened in Equinox in Manchester. Hallways super hot though. Our windows were facing the road but you don’t hear any cars til 6:30 am. Staff was very friendly and professional. Check in check out no issues. Game room hardly anything. I’d definitely come back here again as we used to stay in Hilton here and Mountain Inn those are tiny.

The room was good, with two doubles, and clean, with daily bathroom reset. Plenty of room to store equipment and accessories for two skiiers. The heated pool was nice and warm, although we didn't use it. Nice lounge with food and spirits on the 4th floor, and nice coffee bar every morning also on 4th floor (lobby is on 3rd floor). Great sitting area on 3rd floor with giant fireplace. Plenty of convenient parking. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and a couple of miles from the Snowshed and RamsHead Quads.

I have stayed here before and would stay here again which is the best review I can give. I will not quibble when the price point (historically high-ish but very fair relatively) provides me with all I require in fine working order and with overall cleanliness. In particular I am grateful I am accommodated with my request to be on the top floor- I am very sensitive to pounding footsteps. Some places make it an ordeal but these guys just do it.

Great size room, close to what we were doing. Spacious, free parking. Coffee pot in the room, refrigerator in the room. Our room had a full kitchen, which was great. We also had a spa tub. It also had a pool but we didn't use it. Plenty of restaurants close by. They gave you a list with the names and phone numbers of the restaurants.

Love the size and comfort of the room. We are 4 people and we are not on top of each other. I love having a kitchen so we don't have to go out to eat. My husband and boys love the pool. We enjoy going up to the bar in the evening. Everyone at the lodge is really nice and helpful.
